Mrs. Doug Ennis spent a recent week end with Mr. and Mrs4Ron Ennis and family of Whitby. Sunday visitors with Mrs. W. C. Hackwell were Mr; and Mrs. Bob Smith, Sandra, Monica and, Paul of London and Mr. and -Mrs. Jack Malwain, Mark and David of Seaforth. Mrs. W. H. Currie of West- dale, Hamilton spent the week- end with Mr. and Mrs. Allan McCall and Beverly. A number of Institue members from the Walton branch• attended the 69th Annual meeting of the East Huron Women's Institute at the Cranbrook Community hall with both morning and afternoon sessions. Mrs. Eleanor Bradnock of Auburn was the guest speaker on ',Public Rela- tions", with Mrs. Charles Mathers of Bluevale, the district President, in charge of the meeting. The entertainment in the morning session was a ' Fashion Show" by the District Directors and, the ',Brussels Stompers" sang several numbers at' the afternoon session. Next year the annual meeting is to be held at Lakelet. The Fall Rally will be held the first Mon,- day in October at Ethel. Miss Judy Clark visited recently with Mr. and Mrs. Harold Smalldon. Saturday guests with Mr. and Mrs. Rollie Achilles and Ann were Christine, Danny and Dwayne, children of Mr. and Mrs. Don Achilles and Ricki, Lynn and Brian, children of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Taylor of Staila. Mr. and Mrs. Neil McGavin Brian, Cathy and Jeffrey visi- ted on Sunday with Mr.and Mrs. Brian Nash and family of Stoney Creeic, where they enjoyed the blossoms when they toured the Niagara Peninsula, also motor- ing to view the falls at Niagara. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Scott of Blyth and Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Reid spent the weekend at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Stimore Of Stratford. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Dunk are Spending a cquple of days this week with Mr. and Mrs. David Dunk, Darlene and David of Comma.. Little Chrisie Achilles, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don Achilles had her tonsilsremoved on Monday at Clinton Public Hos- pital. Rev. and Mrs. D. Docken are spending a few days this week in Windsor where they will attend the London Conference. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Mills spent a recent weekend with Drs.
