We would like to thank the many people who have supported us over the last few months. Thank you to the emergency personnel for enabling miracles. The skills and efforts of the first responders and the medical staff at Seaforth Community Hospital, ambulance and ORNGE personnel and the staff at Children’s Hospital at London Health Sciences Centre were lifesaving. Thanks to the staff in the PCCU and on the sixth floor who cared for Sarah, Sean and Giuliana, to everyone at Ronald McDonald House in London, and the staff at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital in Toronto who have helped Sarah so much. To all of our friends and neighbours: thank you for your visits, prayers, well wishes, messages, baking and gifts following the kids’ accident. We truly appreciate everyone’s thoughtfulness and generosity. Our church communities and service clubs have also been of great support. Thank you to Knox Presbyterian, Cranbrook, Camp Kintail and Duff's United for their support and visits. Special mention to the members from Duff’s who weeded the flowerbeds and also to the group who cooked the Walton roast beef dinner for all of the families staying at Ronald McDonald House. Grandma Phyllis would have been so proud! Thank you to the Walton and Brussels communities for your generous donations to Ronald McDonald House in London. To Ava, Meg, Nate: thanks for donating the proceeds of your bake sale to RMH! Ronald McDonald House is a truly special place that has benefitted not only us, but many families in our area and we are so pleased that our community has helped them further their mission.
