GOVIER. The family of the late Lois
Govier wishes to extend our thanks
to friends, neighbours and family for
the thoughtfulness and support
shown to us in our recent loss. Also
thanks to Pastor Steve Hildebrand
for his comforting words. We are
grateful for the many cards, visits,
memorial donations and expressions
of sympathy we received. Thank you
to the McGlynn Funeral Home for
the support and guidance. We wish
to thank the Legion ladies for the
lovely luncheon. Thank you for
being there for us all at such a
difficult time. We will always

JACOBS. I would like to thank Dr.
R. Pototschnik and Dr. Dillon of
Stratford Hospital and the nurses and
staff in the recovery room for their
great care. A sincere thank you to
my family for their care and all the
things they did to make my
homecoming great. Thank you to
Rev. Gary Clark for the visit to the
hospital and when I got home.
Thanks to my friends for looking
after lunches and suppers, for their
flowers and gifts, cards of

say thank you to all who kept his
litter box in the way he is

LANGRIDGE. I would like to
extend a special heartfelt gratitude to
friends, family and nieghbours for
kindness and support shown at the
time of the passing of Shirley. Also
thanks so much for the visits, cards,
phone calls, food, flowers, hugs, and
donations to WDH Hospital and UC,
Wingham. A grateful thanks and
acknowledgement to all the doctors
and staff of WDH, especially Dr.
Shuffield, Dr. B. Marshall and Dr.
Moores for their expert care and
compassion during the last several
months. We are forever grateful to
Archie and all the staff at Braemar
Nursing Home for a comfortable
home for Shirley as a resident with
them, with amazing care and support
during her short time there. A special
thank you to Doug, Jackie, Dayna,
Marilyn and Catherine of the
McBurney Funeral Home for all
their professional thoughtfulness,
guidance and advice during this
time. Many grateful thanks to Rev.
Richard Hall for his many visits and
thoughtful and personal kind words
of service at the funeral. Many
thanks to bearers, Ken, Angela,
Kevin, Stacy, Norm, Gayle and
Allan for their services on the day of
service and everyone who helped in
any way as we celebrated Shirley’s
life. Your thoughts, prayers and acts
of kindness will always be
cherished. Grateful appreciation
goes to the ladies of the United
Church, Wingham for a delightful
lunch. I am truly blessed to have had
so much support and kindness
during Shirley’s illness. We all have
been very thankful for her years here
on earth and now she is with Denis,
where the two of them can continue
