LEE. The family of the late Bette
Lee would like to thank everyone for
their kindness during the recent loss
of our dear mother. We appreciate
our friends who sent flowers,
memorial donations, cards and food.
Special thanks to the doctors and all
the nurses at Stratford General
Hospital and Clinton Public
Hospital. We would also like to
thank One Care for the wonderful
home visits she received. We also
appreciated the comforting words
from the minister, Terry Fletcher.
Thank you to Amanda Rich,
Christopher Smith and Falconer
Funeral Homes for their care and
compassion at such a difficult time.
Thank you to the Blyth United
Church for the lovely lunch
following the funeral. To so many
others who gave us their sympathy
and support, the kindness was
sincerely appreciated and will never
be forgotten. – The Lee family.

McDOWELL. A special thank you
to family, friends and neighbours for
the support and kindness shown at
the passing of our loving brother and
uncle, David McDowell. Your cards,
food, flowers, donations and
condolences were much appreciated.
We wish to thank Community
Living and its staff as David’s life
was greatly enriched by the many
years of kind assistance which they
provided to him. Thank you to Dr.
Marie Gear and staff at the Wingham
Hospital for the expert care David
received while a patient there. We
will be forever grateful to the staff at
Braemar for making a comfortable
home for David during his years as a
resident with them. We also wish to
extend a further and special thank
you to the Braemar staff for the
amazing care and support given to
David and to our family during his
final days. It will always be
remembered. Thank you to the
McBurney Funeral Home and staff
for their thoughtful guidance during
our time of sorrow. We greatly
appreciate Rev. Gary Clark’s kind
words during the service and the
delicious lunch served by the Blyth
United Church. We are truly blessed
to have had so much support and
kindness shown to us during this
difficult time. Thank you! 04-1p
