The Christmai meeting Of
First Chureli W.M.$. waS held
in the Centennial Room of the
Church on Thursday and opened
by '1-lark, the herald Angels Sing'.
A group consisting of Sharon and
Bob Thompson, Shirlejt, Doris
and Doug McClure sang musical
numbers, 'Silent Night', 'Away
in a Mang& and 'Rudolph the
Red-Nosed Reindeer'.

was conducted by tine Rev,. T. C,
Mulholland.
The scripture lesson wasread
by Mrs. Jack Thompson taken
from Luke 2nd chapter, verses;
l-20. Mrs. Sam McClure led in
prayer.
The theme for he topic was
'0 Come Ye to Bethlehem' taken
/by several of the ladies and
Christmas carols Were sung be-
tween each part. Miss Jennie
Hogg presented Life Member-
ship certificates' to Mrs. A. Har-
rison; Mrs. James Keys and Miss
Jean Scott.
Mrs. Keys thanked those who
took -part.
At ChristMas, a special prayer:
May mankind be blessed with "Peace on
Earth." And a special wish: May, -
your personal Christmas be a most happy one.
