Former Walter O'Brien, of Staffa, died Tuesday in the Stratford General tHespital. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Francis O'Breien. His 'prize was an expense Rebekah's Hear Of Trip to UN Council - Will Assist Children A founding meeting for a local chapter of the “Council for Exceptional Children" will be held at the Seaforth District High School on Monday after- noon at 4:15 p.m. The response following an exploratory meeting in October was such that the C.E.C. de- . cided to take further steps lead- ing to a local organization. The C.E.C. is interested in assisting children who have learning disabilities such as per- ceptual handicap, partial sight or hearing,. emotional problems or one gifted. There is no charge or obligation involved in attend- ance at the meeting. Althbugh the founding meet- ing is being held at Seaforth, future meetings will be sched- uled for other centres.
