Many of these victims were inexperienced and unfainilar with the equipment.. Excessive speeding .is extremely hazardous. Reduce yoUr speed in line .with snow, and weather conditions. 5. THIN ICE Before riding, over ice be sure it is thick enough to support the weight of the ma- chine and passengers. At least three inches is recommended. Keep machines spaced well apart *hen travelling over ice.
