WHEREAS The Municipal Act
R. S. 0. 1960 Chapter 249, Sec-
tor) 476 (4) provides that the
Councils of local municipalities
may pass by-laws among other
things. for prohibiting one
throwing, placing or depositing
of dirt, filth, glass, handbills,
paper or other rubbish or refuse
or the carcass of any animal on
any highway or bridge.
AND WHEREAS it is deemed
advisable to enact .a By-Law in
the Township.. of McKillop to,
prohibit such acts.
THEREFORE the Council of
the Corporation of the Township
of McKillop enacts as follows:
