Find Ten
Fox Pups
Ten fox pups were recently
dug from their dens in Ashfield
Township and are now caged
at the farms of Donnie Farrish
and Jack Farrish in Ashfield.
The finding of ten foxes is
not an unusual piece of news
but what makes this particular
story very different is that six
of the—tereprups are albinos'', with
pure white flit and pink eyes -

Tuesday,' June 10, marked
the final meeting ‘of the year
for the 2nd. Seaforth Brownie
Pack. We celebrated by invit-
ing the whole family to see -
what we have accomplished and
join in our fun;
We met at the Lions Park. The
Lions are, by the way, our spon-
sors And we thank the Club and
the people of Seaforth for such
a nice park in which to hold our
meetings. After our regular op-
ening, came inspection which
was to check for a big Brownie
smite. •Everyone passed the test
and we wonder if it is because
Brownies is finished for the sum-
mer or a smile of anticipation
for the fun to come - I hope it
was the latter. Our Brownie Gold
for this meeting, we decided to
send to the Star Fresh Air fund
so that we could held someone
not as lucky as we are to have a
bit nicer summer. The parents
very generously donated to make
our contribution very impressive
and we thank them very much.
Then onto the fun parr of •the
evening. We had fun races where'
the Brownies, their brothers And
sisters competed with m others
and fathets,7.- of course the
Brownies won most of the prizes -

worn the parents out, we invit-
ed them to,join our Pow-wow

show things we have made, tell
things we have done and plan
for special events - but to-night
was a bit different in that Brown
Owl did most of -'the talking.
