TO DESTROY WEEDS
Notice is hereby given to all 'persons in possession of
land in accordance with the Weed-Control -Act, 1965, Sect-
ions 3, 13 and 19, that unless noxious weeds growing on
their lands within the Municipality of the Township of
Hibbert are destroyed by the date of June 1, 1969 and
throtighout the season, the Municipality may enter upon
the said lands and have the weeds destroyed, charging the
costs against the land in taxes, as set out in the Act.
Passed by the Agricultural Committee of Perth County- -
Anyone dumping weed seeds or refuse on Municipal roads
Will be liable to a fine of up to $100.00 and legal costs for
guilty offenders.
