. PRESENT GIFT
At the recent monthly meet-
ing of the L. C. W. of St. Peter's
Lutheran Church a report of the
Western District Assembly at
Sullivan Township was given by
Mrs. Olive Scherbarth and oth-
ers who attended. A gift was
sent to Rev. H. Lossing at the
Victoria Hospital, London. It
was decided to have a guest
speaker at the June meeting.
'The visiting committee f o r
Brodhagen is Mrs. Reuben BCuck
and Mrs. Robert French, and
Bornholm is Mrs. Harold Rock
and Mrs. Harold Elligsen. A
birthday was reported by Mrs.
Irvin Miller.
Visiting Mr. and Mrs.
Milton. Rock during the week
end were Mr. Alvin Brooks,
Guelph and Mr. and Mrs. Frank
Brooks, Mt. Albert, in honour
of the latter couple's 25th Wed-
ding Anniversary. Relativgs also
gathered there on Saturday ev-
ening and presented them with
gifts. A social evening was en-
joyed by all, followed with
lunoh.

with Mrs. Lena Bennewies who
has beeri a patient at the K-W
Hospital in Waterloo.
