Members of the Seaforth
Legion Bowling League closed
out a successful season Saturday
evening when they held their
annual banqeet and the present-
ation of trophies to the winning
teams and to individual winners.
There was a good attend-
ance present with Don Wood;
president of the league, _pre-
siding over the gathering.
The league champions
were the Questions, captained
by Don Eaton; Other members '
of the team were Jane-Habkirk,
Betty Leonhardt. Barbara Scott,
Keith McLean and Don Kunder.
Winners •of-the playoffs
were the Sweet Nothings, cap-
tained by Joan Eaton. Other
members of the team were Jean
Hoff, Annie Sallows, Howard
James, Neil Bell and Leo Hagan,
Election of officers follow-
ing the presentations resulted
with Lester Leonhardt being
named president; Jackie Mel-
anson, treasurer, and Don Eaton,
secretary.
FolloWing the election, the
members and guests enjoyed a,
social with the "September
Songs" supplying the musid.
