merce honored Mrs. Bern
Henderson at a dinner dance in
the Legion Hall. Mr. Wilkinson

troyed by fire. The loss was

An old man bought one of those
hearing aids that are virtually In-
visible. A few days after having
the aid fitted and adjusted, the
old fellow called to thank the
specialist who supplied the
gadget. "I sure do like it," he
declared enthusiastically.
"And bet your family likes
it, too," said the specialist.
"Oh," chuckled the old man,
"they still don't know I've got
it, and I'm having a great time.
