Farm vacations are a new phenomenon in rural Ontario, resulting from the desire of many urban families to spend some time on a farm. The farm vacation movement began in the United States. In recent years a growing,_ number of Ontario farm families have opened their homes to paying gueets who are anxious to enjoy the experience of rural living. Many families have inquired about the farm vacation idea, but there has been no fac- tual or reliable source of infor- mation or advice for „these interested patties.
