The products are sold coast to coast in Canada and in some American States by a network of distributors. Poultry cages are formed for the most part from pre welded wire supplied by the steel companies. The fronts, however, must be made at the factory from individual strands of wire. A graduate student working on juvenile, delinqueney reported in a sociology seminar , that he was having difficulty collecting data. His project was to telephone homes around 9 p.m. and ask the parents if they knew where their , children were. A church Shower Honors Bride-Elect Mrs.Howard J.Iuerengesser, 77 Glendon Road, Stratford, held a trousseau tea in honour of her daughter, Patricia, prior. to her, marriage. Mrs.- Querengesser and Patricia and Mrs. Kingsley Robinson, the groom's mother, welcomed the guests. ' Mrs. Russell Sholdice and Mrs.Glenn Diegel, godmothers of the bride, poured tea at a table • decorated with a floral arrangements and a handmade lace tablecloth crocheted by Patricia's Grand- mother. Others assisting were: Mrs. Bill ' Mrs. Ross Srnale, Mrs. Ray Huniphrey, Mrs. Barry Smith, Miss Beverley Sholdice, Miss Mary Anne Morse, Misses Nancy, Janet and Linda Diegel, .Miss Beth Querengesser, Miss Jane Binning, Mrs. Roger Shot- dice. , She demonstrated use of the first aid kit and instructed the leaders in the construction of mobiles. The fall progra m for the 900 . members in Huron County will focus on fitness. Leaders will teach good physical and mental health; first aid, highway and home safety. and the importance of being good citizens in Hie home and in the community. service, conducted by Pastor Paul Kappes was held at 11:30 a.m. A picnic lunch was enjoyed by the congregation. Children enjoyed swimming in the pool. Later in the afternoon, every- one took part in the races and relays. Next Sunday is Decoration Service at St. Peter's Lutheran Church. Mr. and Mrs. Lavern Wolfe visited on Sunday with Mr. Dave Lemon and Mrs. Lavina Kelly, in SeafOrth. We are sorry to report that Mrs. Norman Bennewins has been a patient in the Seaforth Com- munity Hospital since last Thurs- day. Mrs.' Toleda Beuermann,Wat- erIoo, Mrs. Irene Hinz, Mr. and Mrs; Oscar Elliman, Sharon and Janice, Kitchener, and Mr. Vic Straus, visited recently with Mrs. Caroline Elligson. Mr. Ross Leonhardt and Kim are on a trip to Wyoming, U.S. A. A luncheon in First Pres- byterian Church,, Thursday, where the training school was held, was sponsored by the On- tario Department of Agriculture at Clinton. Lessons in' life saving and huck weaving were a part of Thursday's program. Training schools will be held in Huron County through- out the month of August in Wing- ham, Exeter and Clinton. Two new families have moved to Brodhagen recently. Mrs. Mae Culford and family, formerly of Toronto have moved into the Riehl apartment, and Mr. and Mi 1. Louis McIntyre and son have moved into the formerhome of Edward Prueter. - Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Leon- hardt, Sharon Smith accompanied Mrs. Ross Leonhardt and Kathy to visit with Mr. George Jacob and Miss Irma Murtagh, Kitch- ener .on Saturday. Master Delford and Murray Inman, Monkton, are spending a few days with Terry and Warren Elligson. Brian Brenner and Bradley Dittmer, Kitchener, visited on Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Wil- fred Ahrens and Mrs. Mary Dit- tmer. - Mr., and Mrs.' Donald White, Steven and Jamie, London,•visi- ted on Saturday with his parents Mr. and Mrs. Lavern Wolfe. Another large part of Ford Dickison's activities are centred in the manufacture of ventilating equipment designed primarily for farm buildings. Fans are made ranging in size from 12 inches to 48 inches. Many of the larger units are used for ventilating large greenhouse operations. The products of the company are.sold through a coast to coast network of distributors in Canada.
