Of the total charges shown above, an anlomit of $26,378
was paid from, the general revenues of the municipality and
is included in expenditure classified under the appropriate
functional headings, and an amount 'of $2,924 was recovered
from the municipal enterprises for which the related net long
term liabilities were incurred.
3. Assumption of debentures issued for school purposes
On January 1, 1969 the Huron County Hoard.of Education
assumed from the municipality the responsibility for the
payment of the principal and interest charges on the debbntures
issued for school purpdses.

BULLET TOWNSHIP COUNCIL
The regular meeting of the
council held in the Community
Hall, Londesboro, was preceded
A by a Court of Revision on the
Pollard Drain Report. There
was one complaint on the report,
that of John' Armstrong; on ac-
reage and amount of benefit
assessment and. Court was ad-
journed until further information
can be obtained.
Willett Council has accepted
the tender of Vanderheide Bros.
of Ilderton, to cover repairs to
the Taylor bridge lots 5 and '6,
con. 12.
The tender, lowest of seven,
was for $1200. Highest tender
was $2086,
A number of building permits • were issued covering silos,
garage; sun porch, granary and

COUNCIL
Hibbert TOwtiShiti Council at
their regular meeting adopted the
report on the McMillan Drainage
Works, with Court of Revision to
be held September 3 together with
Court of Revision on the Mc-
Dougall Drain. Completion cer-
tificates were received on the
Hocking, Laing, •McKaig, Tern-
pleman and Roney Drains and
the treasurer ordered to pay the
balance owing the contractors.
A by-law was passed appoint-
ing the Clerk as the Lottery Lie-
encing Officer for the Township
of Hibbert.
Road accounts for $14,300 in-
chiding the second payment of
$11,730 on the bridge being con-
structed on Con. 2 & 3 and
general, accounts of $21,180 were
ordered paid.
Council adjourned to meet at
the next regular meeting Septem-
ber 8, 1970.

the Planning Ammendment Act.
,Council was advised that the
Logue drain has been completed,
the Yolk drain s progressing
favourably, as,is the Londesboro
drain. The, Bunking drain Is al-
most finished.
Payments were made to Tan-
ner Construction - $11,176; Pos-
til Drainage ' - $6,393 and H.
Pocock - $983 for drainage work.

I have heard that these things
can be learned at a boarding
school. I would so much like to

learn there? Do they also study
there like they do id-grade school?
Are there boarding schools
for girls in Canada?

We have examined the balance sheets of the 'Municipal-
ity of the Town bf Seaforth and its affiliated bodies as at
December 31, 1969 and the related statements of revenue
and expenditure for the year then ended. In addition we
have examined the statement of source and application of
capital funds of the Municipality of the Town of Seaforth.
Our examination included a general review of the account-
ing procedures and such tests of the accounting records and
other supporting evidence -as • we considered necessary • in
the circumstances. We report as follows:
