Margaret McGregor prior to her
marriage in August.
A number of contests were
conducted.Margaret, her mother,
and the groom's mother were
seated in decorated chairs and
Mrs. Carol Hoelscher read the
address:
Although it's six or seven years
Since you ventured on your own,
We can still recall memories
That make us all feel at home.
Remember that little red school-
house,
You called Hullett S.S.#1,
Where Mrs. Livingston toiled
To teach you the A.B.C's and
one plus one.
It took five busy years
And many teachers too
(Yes, there was Nediger and
Dobson,
Taylor and McIntyre just to
name a few)
That pumped you full of know-
ledge
Then away you flew;
You stopped at Stratford Teach -
eifs College
For one long hard year,
`Where you learned willingly
How to teach those little dears.
Teaching is still your profession
In that growing -London town;
Where your hard work and pa-
tience
Will never let those children
down.
Then came the big yellow bus
You were glad to take the ride.
Seaforth District High School
here'I come
On that you could decide.
