W. J. NICHOL . Mrs. W. J. Nichol, 36 Blake St., Stratford, died Friday. Her husband predeceased her a month earlier on May 6th. With the exception of a few years at Gadshill, they had re- sided all their lives in Stratford. ,They were members of Faith Bible Church, Stratford. Mr. and Mrs. Nichol ,were married June 6, 1918, and cele- brated their 50th wedding anni- versary two years ago. They are survived by four sons, Carl, London, Howard and Melvin, Stratford, and John, Bra- • inalea, and three daughters Lynn, Mrs. R. Nuney, and Betty, Mrs. Jay de Forrest, both of Phoenix, Arizona„ and Ada, Mrs. Gordon Blanchard, g.R.4., Walton. They are also survived by 48 grand- children and 4 great-grandchil- dren. MORGAN LEWIS JONES The death occurred inClinton Community Hospital on June 15 of Mdrgan Lewis Jones of Lon- desboro. Ile was 68. Mr. Jones was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Jones and was born in Goilerich Town- ship. He attended school at S.S.No.4 in that township and farmed there until his retirement. He attended Ebenezer United Church, Holmesville United Church and Londesboro United Church and served as an elder., k. Funeral services were. con- ducted, gay Rev. Heckendorn as- sisted by DR. Mowatt on June 17 from the Ball Funeral Home, Clinton. Interment was in Clin- ton Cemetery. Pallbearers were Harry Oakes, Irvine Tebbutt, Jack Merrill, Stewart Farquhar, Bert Shobbrook and Edwin Woods. Flowerbearers were Walter For- bes, Les Jervis and Roy Eason.
