There were lots of prize winners when the Dublin Mixed Bowling League held its annual
banquet at Brodhagen on Friday. The winning team included (left) Ken-Whetham, Helen Wass-
man, Gary Josling, Norma lioegy, Bill O'Rourke and Fran O'Reilly.•
Runners-up were (left) Ada Pethick, Frank Eickmier, Norma Dietz, George Jarmuth and
Leon -Maloney. (Absent, Tom Butters).

In Season's Competitions
% The Dublin - Mixed Bowling
League held their annual banquet
and dance op Saturday evening in
the Brodhagen Community
Centre. Trophies were presented
by the president Frank Elekmier,
to the Winning team: Helen Wass,- _
man, Norma Hoegy, Ken Whet ,'
ham, - Garry Josling, Bill
O'Rourke and Fran O'Reilly.
The' runners up were:. Ada
Pethick, Norma Dietz, Leon Ma-
loney, George' Jarmuth, Frank
Eickmier and Tom Butters.
The winners of the high single
for ladies went to Marie O'Rourke
with a.309 and the men's went to
Harold Pethick with a 329. ,
The high average trophies
went to Ross Hoggarth with a 214
and Fran O'Reilly with a 208.
The winners of the high triple
were Leon Maloney with a 779 and
Marjorie Jarmuth with a 745.
Trophies were also given to
the subs for high triple and the
ladies' trophy went to Joan
Stapleton, ,606, and the men's Went
to Howard Horan with a 721.
The mini trophies for low
scores went to Ruth Eickmier and

Jill is the daughter of Mr. and

present, The president, Mrs. Ray
Murray, opened the meeting with
prayer. Minutes were read, by
Mrs. Tom Kale in the absence of
the recording secretary, Mrs.
Francis Bicknell. Mrs. Edward
McGrath, the correse9nding se-
cretary read the correspondence
- thank-you le rs from Father
Hynes, S.F.M., or used stamps;
from Miss M ry Lou Coyne,
Ghana,Africa, or gift; from Mrs.
Scratch far help in the rectory;
and a letter regarding resolu-
tions to be passed at the Diocesan
Convention. The treasurer's re-
port was read by Mrs. Dominic
Murray in the absence of Mrs.
James Sloan Jr.
Altars will be taken care of by
Mrs. Frank Williams and Mrs.
Joe O'Reilly. Mrs. John Moylan
will visit the sick.
The delegates to the Conven-
tionto be held in London are
Mrs. Ray Murray and Mrs. Fran-
cis Bicknell.
The sacrament of Confirma-
tion will be given on May 26th.

sale of slips, potted plants and
bulbs proved interesting and net-
ted $17.10. Mrs. Ron Ryan and

tioneers..
