STEPHEN PAUL WALDIE
The death occurred at Child-
rens War Memorial Hospital,
London on Thursday of Steven
Paul Waldie, 2 months old child
of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Waldie
of R.R.1, Brunner. Mrs.Waldie
is the former Shirley Dolmage
of Seaforth. He is survived by
his parents, two sisters, DOOM.
and Shelly, his grandparents,Mr.
and Mrs. Harvey Damage, Sea-
forth and Mr. and Mre, Fred
Waldie, Milverton and great
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.
Henry Benneweis of Mitchell.
Burial took place on Saturday
with Rev. J. C. Britton officiating.
Box Funeral Home was in charge
of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Aubrey
Eickmeir and Heinz Waldie.
Flowerbearers were Larry Wal-
die, Susan Schade, cherylSchade
and Donna Waldie.
MRS. JOSEPH FLYNN
Mrs. Joseph Flynn, 59, of
R:11.1., Clinton, died Monday at
Clinton Public Hospital, where
she had been a patient 'for the
past 10 days.
The former Mabel Riley, a
daughter, of the late Mr.. and
Mrs. Charles Riley, she was
born • in Tuckersmith Township.
She was married 40 years ago
to Mr. Flynn.
Surviving are her husband,
three sons, Hugh, R.R.1., Lon-
desboro, reeve of Hullett Town-
ship; Bill, R.R.4., Clinton, and
John of R.R.1., Clinton; five
daughters, Mrs. Charles (Jean)
Shelton, Goderich; Mrs. Wilfred
(Hazel) Haines, R. R. 4., Wingham;
Mrs. Ken (Dorothy) Dupee, Clin-
ton; Mrs. Murray (Frances)Butt,
Stratford; and Mrs. Eugene (Rita)
Powell, Goderich; and one sister
Mrs. Janie Hoggart, Seaforth.
The body is at the Ball Fu-
neral Home, Clinton, until Thurs-
day, when requiem high mass
will be chanted at St. Joseph's
Roman Catholic Church, Clinton.
Burial will be in Clinton ceme-

Members of the Huron County
Road Superintendents' Associa-
tion met lathe Belgrave Commu-
nity Centre for their annual me-
ting on Thursday evening. Presi-
dent Harvey Culbert presided-and
there were 27-members present.
Following business, Reeve
Roy Patterson extended a wel-
come on behalf of the* township
of East Wawanosh and also con-
ducted the election of officers.

Seaforth District High School
has appointed Carolanne Doig of
98 Goderich Street West, Seaforth
to participate in The Young
Voyageur Program for 1970.
Carolanne is a Grade 12 student,
18 years of age.
She is one of 21 students re-
presentatives from each of three ,
Ontario areas who will travel to
Penticton, B.C. for the' period
July 6 to July 16.
Students will be flown to and
from their destination by Air
Canada and will -be billeted in
