YIR.S.HA,ROLD WHYTE Mrs. Harqld Whyte, 67, Sea- forth, died Friday in Seaforth Community Hospital following a short illness. She was born in Belleville, the former Marjorie Isobel Boyd but spent most of her life in Ha lton where she at- tended soh and acted is a secretary prior to her mar— riage.* She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Seaforth and was active in organifations of that church. She had been a resident of Sea- forth since 1951. , Surviving are her pusband, to whom she was married in Hamilton in 1928, one son,Doug- las, Port Carling; two grand- children; one sister, Mrs.Sin- clair(Elizabetit) Bernard, Ham- ilton. The body was at the G. A. Whitney Funeral Home, • where the service was held at 2 p.m', Monday conducted by her min- ister, Rev. T, C. Mulholland. Temporary entombment was in Pioneer Mausoleum. Burial was in Maitlandbank Cemetery, Sea- forth. Pallbearers were Thomas Whyte, Wilfred Whyte Jr., Wm. Mrs. Brophy was a former resident of Seaforth and was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Chas, Soole. Slip was the widow of the late Fred Brophy formerly of Goderich.
