On Saturday, Lucknow defeated Linwood 3-1. Linwood were champs. Lucknow Were then notched against Walton on Sunday after- noon losing 7-4 and eliminating them from further play. In the next round, Chesley defeated Walton to take the W.O.A.A Grand Championship. Chesley are the "B" champs of the league. Hugh Todd pitched Saturday's game. Alrner Ackert started Sunday's game. Still feeling the effects of an earlier shoulder injury. Almer was relieved and Hugh Todd pitched the Sunday game as well: despite a sore arm that he was experiencing.
