Tom Ramautarsingh, past pres-
ident of the Halton Secondary'
School Teachers' Federation for
two years, received the Master of
Education Degree from the Univ-
ersity of Toronto on Tuesday, June
11.
Mr. Ramautarsingh' took courses
in the fields of Administration,
Sociology and Curriculum. He
fulfilled the requirements for the
M. Ed, degree last summer by
completing the final two courses.
In 1972 he was the recipient of
the Master of Arts degree from
Waterloo, Lutheran University. For
his service to Hatton teachers -he
received the. Award of Merit from
the Provincial Secondary School
Teachers' Federation.
Presently Mr: Rama.utarsingh
teaches Histroy at Georgetown
High School..
He taught. History at Lucknow
District High School in 1964 and
1965 before going to Georgetown.
He taught at Kincardine from
1962 -64i
