United Church, Ashfield for Mar-
ion Rogers of Hamilton and Jim
Hummel, son of Rev. James and
Mrs. Hummel on Saturday, May

Mrs. Charlie Wilkins read an
address to the young couple saying
they had gathered to honour them
and wish them happiness in their
forthcoming marriage. She ex-
pressed the wish that they would
return often to visit Trinity.
A program followed with Mrs.
Harvey Ritchie and Mrs. Jerry
Cranston giving readings and Mr's.
Alex Hackett held two contests.
Mrs. Wm. Irvin won first prize.
Mrs. Warren Zinn gave a reading
especially for Jim and said she
considered him "one of her boys"
as he had been in her Sunday
School class.
