Nick Hill and Donald Cox Of
the Huron ecountY Planning Dep -
artment outlined the procedures
in preparing a Secondary Plan for
the Township. Mr. Cox will be
working in the Township in the
next few weeks gathering informa7
tion and opinions from interested ,
citizen's and committees, and pub-
lic meetings will be held to dis-
cuss the various sections of the
Plan.
Two stock claims were present-
ed to council by Tigert.
and_ William John Irwin.• Council
agreed to pay Wm. Tigert's claim
in full, $84.00 and Wm.:J. Ir-
win's in the amount of $*.50.
Applications for Severance by
Sam Gibson and Gordon Boyd were
approved.
Tile Drainage Raring By-law for
$600 was passed. By-law # 9, 74,
under Section 29 of the Planning
Act , for the Severance on part of
lot 16, Lake Range , was passed.
A resolution was passed to
accept four parcels of, excess
