the Sick Children's Hospital, Lon-
don on Sunday. Brian has had
surgery. twice in the last two
weeks. On Saturday Mr. Ken
Leddy, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce
Thomson and' Mr. and Mrs. Bill
Andrews, Auburn also visited
Brian.
Peter Johnston of Lucknow
returned recently from a holiday
with members of his family. Two
weeks in December he visited in
London with his daughter. Mrs. Al
(winniered) Guse and family. He
spent Christmas with his daughter
Mrs. Jas. (Ruth) Snelgrove and
family in Kitchener. For two
weeks at New Years .Mr. Johnston
visited in Toronto with his son, ,
Donald and Mrs. Johnston,

District Hospital from Monday
until Thursday of last week with
a concussion, suffered in a fall
while at figure skating classeS at'
the local arena.

John and. Rob' Thompson, sons
of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Thompson,
of Windsor , and students at the -
Centennial High School in that
city , were both chosen for the
permanent team from their school
gin the 'CBC Program "Reach For
The Top".
They have played and won on
TV three games, which
has won them their "flight". The
boys have received as prizFs some
lovely books and, a brief caSe.
Windsor and area is divided into'
three groups or "flights!' of eight
schools each. A fourth "flight" is
made up of the highest -scoring
losers.
As John and Rob's flight was the
first to play, they won't play,
again until April until the other
winners are found and will then
play for the Windsor and District'
Championship. "-
John is a Grade 12 student and -
Rob a Grade 11 student. They are
grandsons of the late Mr. and
Mrs. R. H. Thompson of Lucknow.
