On December 5, at 11.35 p.m. ,
Constable Poland investigated an
accident on Hwy. 21 north of
Underwood which caused exten-
sive damage and injuries to one
of the driver's involved. Percy
R. Brydges, R. R. # 1 Port Elgin.
while northbound on the highway
was struck from the rear by an-
other northbound vehicle driven
by Bruce H. Galloway. London.
At 8.40 a.m. on December
6 . Constable Btugess•investigated
a double fatal accident on high- -
way 21 north of Kincardine. Mes-
siha Mikhail, Toronto, while
southbound , apparently skidded
sideways on the slushy road iur-
face and was struck broadside •by
a northbound vehicle operated by
Herbert Wiezotreck, Conn, Ont-
ario. Both drivers were alone' at
the time of the accident and both
cars were completely demolished.
On December 6 at 10.00 a.m.
Constable Jackson investigated 'an:
accident on Ripley High School
property. A vehicle operated by
Surinder Malhotra . Ripley . after
entering the school driveway,
slid on the snow covered surface
and struck the corner of the school
building causing extensive dam-
age to his car.
On December 6, ar12.30 p.m.,
Constable Daulby investigated a

single vehicle.accident on Bruce
Cty. Rd. 6, Kinloss Twp, Cliff-
ord Johnston, R. R. 3, Holyrood,
while westbound skidded on the
slippery road surface and entered
the south ditch where he st=uck
a tree causing heavy damage to
the vehicle and the driver sustain-
ed injuries. •
At 12.40 a.rn: on December
7, Constable R. tiawson investig-
ated an accident on. Conc. 4,
Bruce Twp. involving a vehicle
operated' by William Dynes, Col-
lingwood, who was westbound and
failed to negotiate a curve and
entered the south ditch and rolled
over. Extensive damage was in-
curred and the driver sustained
minor injuries. '
At 1.00 a.m. December 9 Con-
stable R. Dawson investigated an
accident involving four vehicles
and a pedestrian on hwy. 9 west
of Cty. Rd. 1. A vehicle operat-
ed by Gary Smith, Toronto, while
eastbound, observed several per-
sons walk onto the roadway and
swerved• to' the south to avoid strik
ing them. In doing so Smith's.
vehicle struck a parked vehicle it
the south, side of the hwy. owned
by Donald Harkness, R. R. 3,
Ripley driving.it into the rear of
a parked vehicle owned by John
Gordon, R. R. 4 Kincardine and
it in turn snuck the rear of
another parked vehicle owned by
Burton Hayes, R. R. 2 Kincar-
