Joynt , Cotincillors Austin /Solomon, Thomas Boyes,, Temple Clark and Harry Nixon. • 50 -YEARS AGO DECEMBER 1923 The biggest barn fire which had occurred to date in Kinloss Town- ship was the 'barn on Almer Ack- ert's farm , just west of the Holy- rood corner, and it was complete- ly destroyed 'in a few hours. The barn was filled with the season's crop which had been threshed about three weeks previously. It was reported as one of the best equipped in the province, even to a Delco lighting plant.
