Greg Gibson had the hat trick for
the Jets, Jeff Austin had•a pair
with singles going to David Edis-

blanked the Sharks 3 to 0. Shawn

Juveniles Win
Pair On Weekend
Lucknow Juvenile hockey team
won a pair of games on the week
end. On Saturday at Hanover they
won 4-2 in a game that was des-
cribed by one Lucknow fan as,
"very poor hockey". 'Goals were
scored by Kevin Murray, Stuart
Alton, Murray Thompson and Bob
McGillivray.
On Sunday in Ripley, Lucknow
won 5-2 in a good hockey game.
Scorers for Lucknow were Stuart
Mann, Jim Murray, Murray
Thompson, Mark Chisholm end
Bob Moffat.
Next home Juvenile game will
be Sunday at 3.30 with Port . Elgin
the visitors.
Midgets Win And
Lose In Week
Lucknow Midget hockey team
added another win to their credit
last Tuesday night and suffered
their first defeat of the season
on Friday.
Tuesday, December 4th. Brus-
sels travelled to Lucknow and
went home , soundly defeated by
a score of 12-3. ,
Tammy Forster scored' a goal
at 'the 8 second mark of the first
period. Tom Peterson scored four
goals. Randy Alton notched a hat
trick, Ted Johnson flashed the
red light twice and Randy Ackert
and Darryl Wisser scored one each.
Assists went to Randy Alton with"
three., Tammy Forster two, Torn
Peterson two, Jolui MacLeod one,
Rick Taylor one, Ted Johnson
one and Randy Ackert one.
Friday night, Lucknow travelled
to Ripley and lost 7-6. •The first
two' periods were all Ripley's and -
the Lucknow boys looked lost with
their passes going astray and a
lack of backchecld.ng. Ripley,
held a 6-1 lead at the end of two
periods. Needless to say Lucknow
fought back in the third and scor-0
ed four goals but ran out of time
in their bid to tie the game. Luck-
now marksmen were Randy Alton
with two goals, Randy Ackert one
goal, Torn Chester one goal and
a.
Paul Simpson, one goal. Assists
went to Paul Simpson with two,
John Hamilton one' and Torn Peter-
son one assist. The local boys
will take a break to write their
exams and will then 'be' back in
action, with their home games
on Tuesday nights, unless other-
wise advertised. Please give the
boys your support, attendance at
Midget games leaves a lot to be
desired.

Lucknow Intermediate Hockey
Team rang up two wins and a loss
in the past week. • .
On Tuesday, December 4,
Lucknow won 9-2 over Listowel.
Ross Forster and.Dave MacKinnon
were. both injured in the game.

singletons going to John Emberlin,

Harriston defeated. Lucknow 5-3
in Harriston on/Friday in a real
good game: Lucknow had 4 pen-
alties to Harriston's 11. An Stan-
ley dislocated his shoulder during
the game and will be missed by
the team. Terry Taylor played
his first game in goal and turned
in a good performance.

organized broomball has been
played in the Teeswater Arena ,
and the executive for this
season has planned an All-Star
game' to be held there on Sunday,
December 30 at 3 p.m.

ember 7 in Wingham. Paddy
Murray scored 2 for Lucknow with
