Two In Week
Lucknow Midget hockey team
played two games in the past
week and won both, making it •
thre.e wins in as many games.
In Lucknow on Tuesday night
of last ,week the home town boys
had to come from behind and
battle to win 8-6 over the visiting
Milverton team. Lucknow open-
ed the scoring and played some
good hockey 'in the fitst ten min-
utes of the first period. Randy
Ackert scored assisted by Tom
Chester. This was the first of
four goals for Randy. Milverton
scored three unanswered goals to
end the first period and then add-
ed one more in the second. Luck.
now also scored one in the sec-'
ond. The third period was all
Lucknow's as they controlled most
of the play scoring six goals.
Milverton added one 'more to
end the game.with an 8-6 score.
The second period goal was scor-
ed by Randy Ackert from Tom
Chester and John Hamilton,
Third period goals went to
Tammy-Forster, two goals with
assists going to Tom Peterson and
Randy Alton, Tom 'Peterson two

On Thursday night Lucknow
travelled to Monkton and won that
game 8-1. As the score indicates
'Lucknow outplayed their Opposi-
tion. The first period was score-
less for,botir teams. In the
second Lucknow scored four

Friday night Lucknow Intermed-
iate Hockey Team fought a pen-
alty ridden game with one game
misconduct and two 10 minute
misconducts being handed out to •
Clinton. Clinton had 20 penalties
and Lucknow 9.
Ross Forster started Lucknow off
at 7.12 assisted by Art Stanley.
Other goals were Paul Frayne
unassisted , Jim Murray two goals,
Dave MacKinnon two goals and
one assist, Glen Morningstar 1
goal and 3 assists and Paul Frayne,
assisted by Ross Forster.
Lucknow travels' to Listowel
Tuesday and Harriston on, Friday
