24th in the form of a practice for
all six teams. Three more regis-
trations were received. The
schedule gets iinderway next
week , 10.00 Toros vs Blades;
11.00 Jets vs Sharks; 12.00 Crus-
aders vs Whalers.
A.few boys have transferred
teams due to transportation facil-
ities.

In Season Opener
The Lucknow Midget hockey
team opened • their schedule on
Friday night of last week in Brus-
•sels, with a decisive 16-2 romp
over their opposition.
Tom'Peterson led the attack
with five goals and an assist.
John Hamilton, Rick Taylor,.
Tammy Forster and Paul Simpson
picked up two goals apiece. Sin=
gle markers went to Tom Barger,
Ken Reid and Toni Chester.

Lucknow Atoms defeated Blyth
7-1 in a hockey game here on
Monday night.

Juveniles Lose 7-4
To Kincardine
On Sunday afternoon, the Luck-
now Juitenile hockey team met •
Kincardine for their second game
of the, year.
Kincardine opened the scoring
with three fast goals from which
the local boys never fully recov-
ered. -Score at the' erA of the
first period was 3-1. The second
period saw a little better hockey
but Kincardine held the edge on
the scoring. Score at the .end of
the• second period was 4-3 for Kin-
cardine.
Pace of the game let up in the
third period and with the opposi-
tion capitalizing on several errors ,
on LucknoW's part the local
team went down to defeat 7-4.
Goal scorers for Lucknow were
Murray Thompson with three and
Kevin Murray with. one. Assists
went to Stewart Mann with two,
Kevin Murray, Bob ,Moffat and
Mark Chisholm with one each.
The next game in Lucknow will
be on Sunday, December 2nd
against Lions Head.

It was decided to print the
rules and schedule in the Sentinel
at the start of the year...
The rules are as follows.
1. Each player must play 3
games before Jan. 1, 1974.
2. If a team is unable to ice
at least six• players, they will
forfeit the, game .
Fiach team is responsible for
supplying face masks for their
goalies. •
4. Anyone.who shows up for• a
game drunk will not be allowed tc
play. , '
'5. Heel guards must' be on
skates.
6. ,Anyone signed for'
organized 'hockey will not be
allowed to play , including inter-
mediate.
7. Each coach is
responsible for,the players on his
team not taking the ice while it
is being, prepared.
8. Body contact will be allow
ed. •
9. First game starts at 7.45
and second game at 9.15 o'clock.
The. first game must be over by
9.15 regardless.
10. Any player that wilfully
pushes or roughs a referee and
is ejected from the game will
have his case brought before the
executive before the next game.
11. Any, player suspended three
times will be out for the season.
12. The Captain will be re-
sponsible for collecting $1.00
from each: player and seeing that
the player names are signed to the
