Poor foggy weather made it im- possible for the plane to get back in to pick them up and 'they came out the hard way, by portage. The threesome didn't shoot any moose, but. managed ;to shoot two bears, one of them which was . fighting with a deer when it was shot. The black bears were 150 to 200 lbs each. Blyth Lions, looking for a major projeet, decided on the pool against another proposal for a $30,000 renovation to the en- trance to their arena. The' resolution dated February Falls From Ladder, Back Iniured Peter Cook of Lucknow 'is a patient in University Hospital in London •with back injuries suffer- ed in a fall from ,a ladder while siding a house in Ashfield Town- ship. Peter was working at the home of Bob FarriSh• on the 12th of Ash- field . He' was on a ladder when the ladder sank into the soft , earth, throwing him off and about 15 feet to the ground. 'He landed on another ladder on the ground, Don Gjbson was working with him At the time. The accident hap- pened. on Tuesday , of last week.
