leave Thursday of this Week for
an 18 day visit to Holland. Debbie
is the daughter of .M.r. and Mrs.
Bill Searle.
Mrs. de Jong will visit members
of her family in her homeland.

ersity Hospital; London as a result
of a farm accident. He was ruSh-
ed by ambulance to Wingham
Hospital and from there to London;
where surgery was .performed.,

M( Keil is accompanied by his
wife, the former Frances Cowan
of Lucknow , and following the end
of the official tour , the couple
plan to go on to Portugal for a
brief stop and then to London
where they will spend a week be-
fore returning to Canada.

Retires From Bank
Ted Brewer , who serv.,ed as an
accountant at the Bank of Mont-
real, in Lucknow' a number of • ,
years ago, has retired from the
bank after 46 years Of service. •
At the time of his retirement
Ted was manager at the Lindsay,
branch, a position he held for
seven years.
' The bank staff presented him
'with three oil paintings and a re-
.tirement party. '
Mr. and Mrs. Brewer plan to
.spend the Winter in Florida and
the summer at their cottage in
Ontario.
Their family, who will be
remembered as young children
while in Lucknow, are Mrs. Stew.-
art (Brenda) Wellington of Sim-
icoe; Jim' an engineer in Toronto
:and Bob who, with his wife, are
presently teaching in Vancouver.,
,Bob and his wife have just,teturn-
led from two years in Australia.
