Debate opened up on the Hydro .
report this week with Opposition
Leader Robert Nixon
urging the Ontario Government
to expropriate Ontario,Hydro's
new office headquarters at the
first opportunity severing all
Hydro links with developer Ger-
hard Moog and his COrnpany
Canada Square,
Mr. Nixon said Mr. Moog was
obviously an attractive person and
brilliant businessman but, he bad
acted with deceit and misused the
friendship of Premier William Dav-
is on his way to winning the leate

In participating in the debate
I said that Hydro had been shown
that it is not the infallible mono-
lith everyone had thought it to be.
I made the pointrhat Hydro want-
ed a super-duper, monumental
headquarters and wanted it what-
ever the cost. They were prepar-
ed to do almost anything to get
it.

Richardson to review the effects

little more than $1 Million of
Ottawa's $3 million annual contri-

The decision was based, on the
fact that EMO is mainly concern-
ed with natural disasters rather
than a possible nuclear attack and
the Matter of natural disasters is
primarily a Provincial responsibil-
