They were married in South Kinloss Presby- terian Church October 8,. 1938 by Rev. G. M. Young. Bridesmaid Was the groom's sister, Miss Ethel Buckton, now Mrs. Brian Booth- man of Alberta and groomsman was William Horwood of Toronto, cousin of the groom (now deceas- ed). Flower girl was Catherine MacKenzie, of Detroit, now Mrs. Warren Peterson of Florida , cous- in of the bride. Mary and Herb have lived on their farm on the 4th Concession since their marriage with the ex- ception of seven years 1944-51 spent in Toronto. They have two children Dr. W. A. Buc.kton Of Forest and Marian., Mrs., John Mowbray of Ashfield who honoured their parents at a dinner at Sutton Park Inn, Kincardine on Saturday evening.
