also stopped in Vancouver and
spent 'a few days with relatives
there. They made the trip by
car and expect to be away about
3 weeks.

spent the past week in Toronto,
where they were guests at the
Bennett-Lunnes wedding. The
groom is' a grandson of Mr. and
Mrs. Haldenby. Mr. George Hal-
denby also attended the wedding.

their Western trip.

came the bride of James Ivan .

lam and the.late Mr. Hallarn of
Lucknow.

mony. held in St. Andrew's Presby'
terian Church, Wingham.
The 'bride was given in mar
riage by her untie Mr. Gary
Storey, of Wingharn.. The bride
made her own wedding gown of
peau de soie trimmed with two ,
layers of Guipure lace and puffed-
bell sleeves with a peau de soie
choker to match. Her veil was
held in-place by a centrepiece of
white roses featuring leaves and
pearls. She carried a cascading
bouquet of red roses and' white
carnations. .
The ,bride was attended by her
maid of honour, Miss Beth Hallam,
sister of the groom. She wore a
floor length, empire style dress•
of polyester crimp with blue trim
and a white collar with decorative
pin.
The bridesmaids Mrs. Larry
Hodgins of Wingham, sister of
the bride, Mrs. Beverly Storey of
Goderich, sister-in-law of the
bride, and Miss Mary Hallam of
Kincardine, niece of the groom
and Heather Storey of Goderich
niece of the bride as flower girl,
were all gowned identical to the
maid of honour. The attendants
all carried white baskets filled" ,
with tiny peony, daisies, pink
mums and white flowing stream-
ers. •
The groom was attended by
Irvine Storey of Goderich. The,
nshers were Roy Hallam of Luck
now, and Ross Hallam of Gorier',
ich, both brothers of the gtooni''
and Larry Hodgins of !gingham;
brothel' -in-law .of 14 bride,

For travelling the bride chose
a navy and white &vire 'styled
dress with short-puffed sleeves,
arid white accessories. Follow-
ing their marriage Mr. and hibr
Hallam will be residing in Van
astra Park, Clinton.
