He was born in Algoma County r Thessalon on September 3rd 89, a son of James Reid .and • nne Carver. He moved to the Lucknow area 1913 and in 1916 purchased a rm in West Wawanosh Township, t east of Lucknow , where he s resided ever since . Mr, Reid is survived by his ife, the former Louisa Menary Dungannon who' he married on lie 18,1924;e daughters M4. L4Jessie) Stevensont of West awanosh, Mrs. Clayton (Jean) . Louis of Hamilton, Mrs. E. S. CORNISH - SCHOPF On July 28, 1973,, Forest Hill United Church, Kitchener, was the setting for a double ring cere- mony between Bonnie Mae Schopf and Allan James Cornish, both of Kitchener. The bride,is the youngest dough , ter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Schopf of Wilfiamsford, and the groom is the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Cornish of Waterloo'and formerly of Kinloss. Given in marriage by her broth- er Adolph Schopf of Chesley, the bride wore a peasant style dress of lace over polyester with a lace picture hat. She carried a basket of red and yellow roses, white daisies and baby's breath. The matron of honour was Barb- ara Mitchel, sister of the bride. The•three bridesmaids,, all nieces .of the bride , were Sandra Schopf, Shirley Craig and Debbie Schopf. Carol Lynn Cornish, sister of the groom, was flower girl. The ring bearer was Trevor 'MacKilli- can, nephew of the bride. The groom and his attendants alio' followed the mauve and white theme in their attire. Groomsman was Robert Cornish, brother of the groom. Ushers were Bevan and Fred Cornish, bothers of the groom and John . Sager. of Brantford , nephew of the bride. Supper for the immediate wed- ding party was held at 'Bingeman Park 'Lodge', Kitchener, where Jim Lizmore of Bervie M.C. Southern Ontario. For travelling the bride chose a pink ' mini length dress with white accessories. On their returri the couple will reside in Kitchener, where they are both employed.
