NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
to all persons in possession of lands in the
Villages of » Bayfield and Brussels, »in the
County of Huron; also property owners
• in the Townships of Ashfield, Colborne,
Goderich,, Grey, Hay, Howick, Hullett,
McKillop, Morris,» » Stanley, » TuOkersntith,
Usborne, East» Wawanosh and West Wa-
wanosh, in the County of» Huron; also
property owners in the Towns of Clinton,
Exeter, Godench and Wingham, in the
County of Huron.
In accordance with, the Revised Weed Control
Act 1972, Section 4, 14 and 20 and amendments
thereto, »th4 unless noxious weeds growing on
their lands are destroyed by July 20th and
throughout the season, the Municipality May
enter upon the said lands and have the weeds
destroyed, charging »the costs, against the land
in taxes, as set out in the Act.
The co-operation of all citizens is solicited.
