' Jack Rintours 35th wedding anni-
versary. Around fifty relatives

ed smorgasbord style.

Dungannon Women's Institute
was hostess to the Huron West
District Annual meeting on Wed-
nesday, May 30, 9.30 a.m. to
4.00 p.m. Approximately 150
ladies and guests were in attend-
ance.
Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Kidd from
Georgetown visited the latter's
mother, Mrs. John Ryan on Tues-
day., prior to leaving shortly on
their European tour.
Mr. and Mrs. Ennis Comfort,
St. Catharines also Mr. and Mrs.
Gerald Wilbur and Sradley, Wil-
loVgdale, spent the week end in
Dungannon.

A community shower was held
at ,Kairshea Hall on Saturday ev-
ening for Miss Frances Buckley of

• A successful Rummage Sale was
•held at Brookside Public School
with proceeds ping to our Foster
Child and the Junior. Red Cross.
We made $107 from the sale of
candy, books, comics, toys,
clothing and games. Draws were
made on pictures, candy, a soc-
cer ball and a gerbil. The
pupils taking part in the sale
enjoyed it greatly.
BUS TRW TO FALLS •
The grade seven pupils are
going on a bus trip on June 8 to
Niagara Falls. A record hop was
held on May 24 and the proceeds
are to help pay for the trip.
