This was the word re- ceived by Reeve George. W. Joynt of Lucknow on Tuesday of this week. • Mr. Joynt received a letter from D. A. Sinclair of Sin -Fr -lit Investments Ltd. of Mississauga stating, in part that his firmha now been cleared to -proceed with a new branch for the Royal.B.ank on.the Sinmac.property next to the Liquor Control Board store on Willoughby Street. He said that they expected to start construc- tion within a month. • Mr. Joynt has been in close contact .with Sinmac since the property was purchased from. Robert Symes sometime ago. Hamilton, a resident of Lucknow and 'a former Ashfield Township farmer for many years, died suddenly at his home in Lucknow on Sunday, June 3rd. He was 76 years of age'. The funeral was held. on Tues- day from the MacKenzie Memor- ial Chapel with burial in Green- hill Cemetery.
