Mrs. J. W. Joynt of Lucknow
returnedld her home on Saturday
after,being hospitalized close to
•four months in London and Wing -
ham Hospitals. On January 14th
Mrs. joynt Suffered a fractured
hip in a fall at her home. She
underwent surgery in Victoria
Hospital, London and on January
27th was moved to Wingham Hos-
pital where she has been since
that time.
Mr. and Mrs, Clifford Mac -
Milian and family and Mr. and
Mrs. Jim MacMillan and family
of St. Catharines visited in Luck -
now on Suriday with their parents
Mr. and Mrs. J. L. MacMillan.
Oscar Hodgins of Lucknow re-
turned home from Wingham and
District HciSpital on Friday of last
week, where he had been a pat-
ient for four:weeks. '
Mrs. Alex Murdie and Mr. and

spent a few days last week with
Mrs. Lorne Woods.
The Lucknow Women's Institute
meeting will be held Friday,
May 1lth at 7.30 p.rn. in the,
Assembly Room of the Town

died suddenly at,St. Marys Hospit
al on May nd from a heart
attack. He Was in his 61sp5rear.
