Park in Florida, about 17 miles

Ripley, daughter of mr and Mrs.
Wallace Pollock, was chosen win-
ner of the Tommy Cooper Award
for 1972.The announcement was
made by Lawrence Phillips, chair-
man of the selection committee,
following a meeting'of the com-
mittee in Owen Sound;
The award is presented annual-
ly, by radio station CFOS and the
Owen Sound Sun -Times, to the
person in Grey or Bruce Counties
making the greatest contribution
to agriculture. and rural living
during the past year.
This year's winner was chosen,
for her outstanding contribution'
•to the dairy industry as the Ontar-
io Dairy Princess and Bruce Coun-
ty Dairy Princess.
