The introduction of the hand- book contains history, Of the school; a list of former princip- al's, a floor plan of the building, objectives', School policy and a wealth of information for the prospective student. Anderson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Anderson of Lucknow Will be head instructor and in charge of, pool maintenance when the new Lucknow and District Swimming Pool opens this sum- mer. His assistant wi11, be Brenda Bushell, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. .Max Bushell 'of Luc'know. The ktrnmer plans for the pool have be6n formulated. There' will be two instruction sessions in July and August. The pool has been set out in five instruc- tion areas with accommodation of up to 300 students a day. Clas- ses will be held in the morning. Public swimming will be held in the, afternoon and evening with provision made for adult instruc- tion in the evening. Interviews have been held for the engaging of five more life guard-instructors but the decisions were not available at time of writing. fik*********** Seaforth Man Purchases Button's Meat Market An important business transac- tiOn was completed this week when Button's Meat Market in Lucknow, 'owned by Russ Button, was Sold to Don Scrimgebur of 8eaforth. • Mr. `Scrimgeour ,a butcher em- plo,yed in Seaforth, is married with two young boys and will take over the business on May 1st.'
