What happened to t Midgets
in the annual Lockridge Midget
Tournament??? Well it seems
that the early mornings don't
agree with them. Their first .
game was last Tuesday at noon
against Clinton and they lost 9-5.
Wednesday morning they played
at 8.30 a.m. with Wiarton prov-
iding the opposition, and as one
commentator put it, were wiped
Out 12-4,, thereby eliminating
them from further play. Lucknow
has had a relatively good record
in this tournament in past years.
They were a vastly different
team when they played Brussels.
Some of the Midgets are presently
helping. the Juveniles in their ."
