Comic books, novas, paper- • backs, toys., clothing, and baked ' goods were brought to school dur- ,ing the week; Thursday morning the teachers and some of the pitp-: ils got the gym set up ready" for - the sale. Mrs. McMurray's class' did the decorations. On Wednesday and Thursday, 1¢ tickets were sold for draws oh cakes 6 a baby doll in 'a bassinette and two wall plaques. rhere were prizes for, the people 'guess- ing the correct number of peanuts in a jar' and the correct number of jelly beans in a vase,. At 1 p.m. the sale started, with each class having one period to shop.
