which it has, given to other work-
ing groups.

Helens Hall to honor Mr. and
Mrs. Charles Robinson who had
moved from the 10th concession
of East Wawanosh to Wingharn.
Eleven tables of play,prs enjoy-

lunch time Mr. and Mrs. Robin-
son were called to the 'front', giv-
en seats of honour while Donald
Dow read an address and' Ivan
Dow presented them with a
beautiful swag lamp and a lawn
chair. •

and friends for their kindness in*
remembering them with the
party and their lovely gifts to
remember all. Mis. Wm. Ashby
of Toronto who was visiting 'with

DIED SUDDENLY
Word was received here of the
sudden death of Joseph Burns of
'Dayton, Ohio. .Mr. and Mrs;
Burns were, enroute to 'Florida for
a winter holiday when he was •
stricken with a heart attack and
only lived a few days. The
Burns' were well known in, this
community. MrS. Burns was the
former Joan 'McKinnon, daughter
of Archie McKinnon and the late
Mrs.13essie. (Murray) MeKinnon.
Joan is a niece of P. A. Murray.
Sympathy is extended to Joan
and her family in the loss of her
husband.
Teachers and pupils arc'enjoy-
