call 'a meeting, as early as ,
possible, to appoint officers for
the ensuing year.
On a motion by Councillors
Hickey and Rutherford, the Clerk
was authorized to write A. M.
Harper,and Company to proceed
with the Township's audit of
1972 finances at once, in order
to have it completed and the
Report in Council's hands by
13 April 1973, so' that the Clerk
may prepare the tax:roll before
June. •
Court of Revision 'on the Dun-
gannon,Drain No. 2 assessments
will be held at the next meeting
of Council, on 10• April 1973.

Thorald regarding 9ntaria Hydro
being designated as a 'Crown
Corporation was tabled.
A motion by councillors. Foran
and Hickey authorized the Reeve
and Clerk to apply. for a supplem-
entary Subsidy AllOdation for
1973 construction in the amount
of $4800;00.
Motion by Councillors Ruther-
ford and Hickey that Council ad-
vertise.in the Daily Commercial
News On 23 March for tenders to
crush, and haul approximately
12,000 cu. yds. "A" gravel during
the summer.
The road accounts were ordered
paid on motion of. Councillors.
Foran and Rutherford.
The following general accounts
were passed for payment on
,motion of Conncillors Hickey and
Foran: Treasurer of Ontario,
Huron ToWnship Council held
their regular meeting on March
5th with all members present.
Specifications for the purchase
of a new Tractor; Mower and
Loader were sent to the Ministry
of Transportation for approval
before advertising' for tenders.
William Waken was chosen
from five applications for the
position of Building Inspector and'
By-law Inforcement Officer, dut-
ies to commence at once.
The tender of John Schnurr of
Hepworth was accepted fin Crush-
ed, Gravel and the tender of Soon
Ray Contractors of•Allenford •
for Pit Run.
Heavy machinery rentals was
awarded to W. I. Shantz Con-
struction of Ripley for the 1973
construction on roads.
The Township entered into an
agreement with the Village of
Ripley ,for• fire 'protection and the
purchase of a fire truck, water
tank and a new fire hall. Robert
Emerson and Elmer Srneltzer
were appointed to represent the
Township on the 'Fire Committee.
SET ROAD BUDGET
A Road Budget, was prepared
containing amounts for Construc-
tion $86,000, Maintenance
$48,000, Total $134,000.
This is to be spent on paving
part 'of Con. "A" and reconstruc-
ting Con. 4 from Lot 16 to 35,
five miles.'

polyester nylon skirt and "chantil-
ly lace bodice: The square neck- '-
line was complimented with a
ruffle of chantilly lace and ribbon
as'were the long fitted sleeves.

able train, which fell from tpe
back waistline. A lacy peat].
headpiece held her four-tier,
scalloped veil. She carried a
bouquet of white daisies. yellow
sweetheart roses and white baby's
breath. •
Mary. Tonkonoh, the maid of
honour wore a floor length blue
silk organza gown; empire waist
circled.with velvet ribbon. Lace '
and ruffles 'formed a V on: the
,victorian bodice and repeated it-
self in an apron effect on the
skirt. She carried a basket of
yellow daisies and pink carnations.
Rick IvIcQuillin was best' man
and Garry McQuillin was' usher.
Guest' soloist was Ellen Duffy
who sang "0 Perfect Wye" accorrr
panied by organist Pamela Drew.
- A reception was held at the
honie of the bride's parents. Out,
of town guests were present from
Lucknow, Goderiah, Sarnia, for
