1,000 cubic yards per day.

cubic yard or first. mile and
each additional half mile.
2. Bulldozers and scrapers. State
make,' model, year and horse-
power of bulldozer and make,
model and yardage of scrap-
er. State price per hour for
each unit. Only experienced
- operators will be accepted.
3. Crushing and hauling approx-
imately 19,500 pubic yards of
gravel anywhere in the Town-
ship. Also price for stock pil-
ing, Contractor to supply a
minimum of 1,000 cubic yards
per day.
All above contractors to be
available on 2 weeks notice. Bid-
ders must use township tender
forms for pit run , gravel and
crushed gravel. Township to sup-
ply gravel. Lowest or any tender
not. necessarily accepted.

Craft Festival
Here's what has • taken plate
to date with the Lucknow Craft
Festival plans far August 3rd and
Almost .Q00 feet of space is
spoken for'at the' arena . Even
:those who were, in cramped corn-
ers last year requested the same
corner.
Many letters have, beep receiv-
ed from faraway places wanting
brochures and time of
indicating many are planning
holidays around Festival time.
At the Agricultural Convention
in, Toronto, Festival officials
attended meetings 'explaining the'.
Festival. and itssimpact on the Vil-
lage of Lucknow . They talked.
With:Crafters and those who handle
Crafts aka bithinesi and handed
out over 400 brochures to interest-
ed folk.
All indications point to sc bigger
and better Festival with many new
Crafts. "
With groups from the commun-
ity in charge of the baking,' pres-
erves and 'produce., indications are
that you will• have a part' in 1973
Craft Festival helping your group.
Four groups have chosen -their
times for a bake sale; how ,about

asked for and will no doubt be

promoted in the two past Festivals,
this year's. Festival promises flute
action.
