ing the Board of Directors to six
members, and with the vacan-
cies in the Directorship this year,
the company felt it was the
opportune time to blend this
change intb operation.
It was with regret the Board
accepted the resignation of the
five Agents from the Board of
Directors. Mr. MacLennan had
served for 24 years. . Mr. MacKay
for It) years, Mr. McQuillin and
Robinson for 3 years and Mr.
Sproul for 2 years. 'The exper-
ience of these men will be missed
on the Directorate.
Directors Charles Anderson
and George Feagan's" term of
office expired this year. and they
were eligible for re-election.
Directors Bert McWhinney and
Gerald Kerr have 1 more year too,
serve. In order to spread 'the
Directors over the .area served by
the Company it was recommend-
ed the 2 new Directors be elected
from the district formerly serVed
by DireCtors MacKay and Robin-
son.

Two ballots were required to

visited in TorontO on the week
end with their daughter and son-in.

Mrs. Terry MacKenzie spent
last week in the hospital in
Goderich, but returned home on
Monday.
,The Ashfield Presbyterian
Church,had a meeting to plan, to
have pictures taken 'for their anni-,
versary book. 'These pictures are
to be taken on March 4th at the
church and should include all
groupiof the church as well as a
congregational picture. 1:J,,e hope
to have as many as possible,bring
the whole family out for these
pictures.
