larger than oneAialf acre, there
are apprOximately forty lots with
a minimum of 17,000 square feet.
There are approximately 58
acres of greenbelt and park which
is about 47% of the total subdivi-
sion area. The large park is .
11.4 acres and is located adjac-
ent to the shoreline and would
serve 'as the primary access for
public bathers to the beach.
There is adequate space for park-
ing and the park would be
screened from the residential lots,
The second parkin the middle
•of the subdivision is 7..4 acres. •
The present design of develop-
ment has .been for the 124 acres
on the west of the property.
There is an additional 98 acres
to the east .of the propertyextend-
ing to Highway 21. No request
was asked for approval of this
parcel at this time, but the dev-
eloper, in his report, estimates •
that demand may make it feas-
ible to develop this parcel in up
to ten years time., •
No consideration would be giv-
-en to developing this until the
shoreline community was com-
plete. " •
As -the parcel of land in ques-
tion extends from Highway 21 to
the Lakeshore, access will be
gained from Highway 21..
